Who are the Vendor Pros?

Great question! Vendor Pros are service providers and sellers on our platform. They are the ones who join our platform to offer you services that you need. These services include child care, au pair, cleaning and furniture assembly.

Can I trust your Vendor Pros?

Of course! All our Vendor Pros undergo our strict vetting process. We check their backgrounds, documents, criminal records and ID documents or passports. Your safety is our highest priority.

What services do you offer?

We offer on demand services including running errands, standing in queues, baby sitting, furniture assembly and more. Check out all our services

Are the Vendor Pros qualified for what they offer?

Absolutely! All our Vendor Pros are qualified in what they do and have the relevant experience. Example, all Pros running errands have a valid drivers licence.


On Demand Services

How do I book a service?

Excellent question! To book any of our on demand services, please see all our services.

Then choose the service that you want, example running errands. Then follow instructions from there.

Please note that once booking is done, the Vendor Pro will need to accept the booking and will contact you if need be.

How soon can I get a service?

To give our Vendor Pros a good amount of time to accept your request and prepare themselves, a minimum time of 3 hours is required before we can assist you. If a booking is done after all our Vendor Pros are done for the day, you will be asisted the next day, subject to availability.

Can I book in advance?

Yes, of course! You are welcome to book in advance. You may book a week in advance, a month in advance or even a year in advance! We are totally flexible.

Will I get a great service?

We aim to please all our customers. All our customers can rate our Vendor Pros after each service. We monitor all the ratings given to our Vendor Pros. If you did not get great service, please let us know.

In which areas is your service available?

Great question! We would like to be in every location in South Africa but unfortunately we are not there yet.

However, we do aim to expand as quickly as possible to new areas.

Our on demand services are located mostly in Johannesburg North and the South. We do not offer our services internationally as yet. We only operate in South Africa for now. Here’s a list of all areas that we serve.

Returns and Refunds

How do I get a Refund?

If the service was cancelled by you or by the Vendor Pro before the service was rendered by the Vendor Pro, yes we will refund you. Please note that any bank charges will be deducted from your refund, if service was cancelled by you.

However, if the services has already been performed or have already started, example the Vendor pro has already fetched grocery at a shop for you, we will not be able to refund you.

To get a refund, please contact us.

How soon will I get a Refund?

Glad you asked. The refund to your bank account can take anything from 3 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. Please note that this are the policies from the banks .

Will I get a Refund if not happy with service?

Unfortunately not. If the service has already been performed, example cleaning as already been done, we cannot refund you as the Vendor Pro has already worked and needs to be paid for the work done.

However, if you are not happy with the quality of the service, please rate the service the Vendor Pro and explain in the comments what went wrong.

Is it safe to make payment on your site?

Yes, absolutely! Your payment is safe with us. We use Payfast as our payment gateway and they use Extended Validation SSL with 2048-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this  highest level of encryption.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept only the following types of payments on our platform for your convenience:

  • EFT from the major banks (Absa, Standard Bank, Nedbank and FNB). No need to send proof of payment.
  • Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).


No cheques are accepted.

How do I pay?

To make payment for the service you are requesting, please do the following:

  • Click on the service you are after from this page
  • Choose the service that you want
  • From the calendar, choose the date and time that is available and that works for you
  • Click on Book now
  • Click on View Cart
  • Make sure that the details are correct. If happy, click on Proceed to checkout
  • If not registered, please complete all the details on the page
  • Subscribe to our newsletter for points and rewards
  • Accept the terms and conditions
  • Then click on Place order.
  • You will be then taken to Payfast to make payment.
